“Duality of Self”
We are rarely as singular as we appear.
Two opposing forces seem to occupy the same space—each familiar, yet neither entirely recognisable. Forms overlap and divide, suggesting the quiet negotiation between who we are, who we believe ourselves to be, and who we might become.
Perhaps the two are in conflict. Perhaps they are simply different sides of the same truth.
After all, which version of ourselves is the real one?
